Church on the Rock is a Christ-centered Bible teaching church, which welcomes people of all ages, races and denominational backgrounds. We are a spirit-filled church which holds to the clear and historic teachings of the Bible.

Church on the Rock is affiliated with COTR International, a fellowship of over 3000 pastors and churches worldwide, which is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

The Vision of Church on the Rock…

• To share the new life plan of Jesus Christ with the thousands of unchurched residents of East County and the San Diego area.

• To be a place where there is real help for real people. Real Help (love, forgiveness, guidance & encouragement) For Real People (hurting, depressed, frustrated, addicted or confused)

• To build healthy and successful lives, marriages and families by providing biblically based solutions to life’s common problems in a positive, personal and practical way.

• To welcome people into our church family that will be loving, happy, members that reach out to their community.

• To develop people to spiritual maturity through a consistent prayer life, small group Bible studies relevant messages for today and spiritually focused retreats.

• To equip every believer for their ministry in the local church by helping them discover the gifts and talents God has given them, as well as, Bible School Training to send out missionaries and church workers throughout the world.

• To share the new life plan of Jesus Christ with the thousands of unchurched residents of East County and the San Diego area.
